At Berriesta, we aim to provide you with the freshest dry fruits, berries, nuts, and trail mixes. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

- Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
As our products fall under food and consumable items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a return/refund if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product delivered is expired or has quality issues.
- The packaging was tampered during delivery.
Conditions:
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Supporting photos/videos are required for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed dry fruits or mixes
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence
- Items purchased under special discount, offers, or clearance sales unless damaged on arrival
4. Refund Process
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible for replacement:
- A new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If stock is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is from our side (defective, damaged, wrong product).
