At Berriesta, we aim to deliver your favourite dry fruits, berries, nuts, and trail mixes quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy for smooth and transparent delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or outstation areas may take slightly longer.
- Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
- We may offer free shipping on specific order values or during promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and may take a few hours to activate.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
- If the order is not accepted or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
Berriesta is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailable recipient
- Customer not responding to delivery calls
Reshipping may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If the package you receive is damaged, opened, or tampered, please:
- Take clear photos or videos,
- Reject the parcel (if possible), and
- Contact our support team within 24 hours.
We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- We deliver only within India.
